HDPE

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes are flexible, impermeable and extremely robust pipes ideal for all underground and aerial piping, sub-soil water systems, and rural applications.

HDPE has been used for piping in Europe and the US since the 1960s and the first generation of today’s PE80 and PE100 standards were developed in the 1970s and 1980s. In sub-Saharan Africa, HDPE pipes have replaced concrete and steel for mains water supplies and PVC for rural and farming uses.

Minimax HDPE pressure pipes are designed for a long lifetime (in excess of 100 years) in demanding underground applications. Our HDPE pipes are the product of choice for infrastructure engineers, tunnelling mining and marine contractors, and farmers looking for the below properties:

Minimax HDPE Pipes are formulated with 100% virgin resin, without the use of any post-consumer recycled resin or “fillers” whatsoever.
